just some things I made for Valentines Day this year....red velvet cupcakes and cookie topped cupcakes....sheep cupcakes I made for my grandsons religious ed class...baking therapy works all time !!!

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes...honestly this was made from a box mix...pillsbury new spring promo I guess..got at Walmart with all the Easter baking supplies...I used the frosting too..the only think is that I cut it with one can of whipped white frosting..to lighten it up a bit..the pink lemonade flavor was a bit too overpowering for my taste..so the whipped white cut the flavor a bit..but they did turn out pretty..and they tasted pretty good !!!!

 A few things I did this past month...strawberry cupcakes...with strawberry frosting and fondant strawberries..cant see papers but they were cute pink gingham check wrappers...birthday  hats..and baby carraige shower cookies for Rose !!!
