These were filled with a coconut custard and topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut..I used just a plain vanilla cupcake and used coconut extract to replace vanilla in recipe....must say they were YUMMOLISH!!!!

When Grandma Loretta asked Allen what he wanted her to make...it was a no brainer....her famous black out cake...it was absolutely

Close up..everything on here was edible..the broccoli was tootsie roll fruit chews split then icing piped on tips then dipped in green sanding sugar..the lo mein noodles is just buttercream icing tinted with a little ivory icing, the pork is tootsie rolls as well as the egg and the scallions are twizzlers sliced thin...got the containers and the chop sticks at my local chinese take out...this was def a great idea..

40th Birthday Cupcake Tower

Made this for a 40th Birthday Party, there were 40 cupcakes on tower with the giant one on top...it was awsome...will post complete tower when I upload from my phone...
