These were filled with a coconut custard and topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut..I used just a plain vanilla cupcake and used coconut extract to replace vanilla in recipe....must say they were YUMMOLISH!!!!New Cupcakes....Coconut Cream Pie Cupcakes
