just some things I made for Valentines Day this year....red velvet cupcakes and cookie topped cupcakes....sheep cupcakes I made for my grandsons religious ed class...baking therapy works all time !!!

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes...honestly this was made from a box mix...pillsbury new spring promo I guess..got at Walmart with all the Easter baking supplies...I used the frosting too..the only think is that I cut it with one can of whipped white frosting..to lighten it up a bit..the pink lemonade flavor was a bit too overpowering for my taste..so the whipped white cut the flavor a bit..but they did turn out pretty..and they tasted pretty good !!!!

 A few things I did this past month...strawberry cupcakes...with strawberry frosting and fondant strawberries..cant see papers but they were cute pink gingham check wrappers...birthday  hats..and baby carraige shower cookies for Rose !!!

These were the best chocolate chip cookies I ever made...Jacque Torres recipie from the CHEW...and Black Out Cupcakes...and Triple Layer Chocolate Cake with a Marshmallow Icing... topped with chocolate ganache..Happy Birthday Glenn and Allen !
